Maruti Suzuki cars come with primary warranty up to the 36 months or 1,00,000 km, whichever is earlier, the details of which are available in the Owner’s Manual of your vehicle. With Maruti Suzuki Extended Warranty program, one can avail the extended warranty benefits for an extended period i.e. up to 6 years or 1,60,000 km*.
Maruti Suzuki Extended Warranty plans for vehicles retailed on or after 9th July’2024 having standard warranty coverage up to 3rd year or 1,00,000 km* :
Solitaire Up to 6th year or 1,60,000 km*
Royal Platinum Up to 5th year or 1,40,000 km*
Platinum Up to 4th year* or 1,20,000 km*

What is Extended warranty?
When you buy a Maruti Suzuki car, the company offers you warranty up to 3 years or 1 00 000 km (whichever comes first). However, you can extend this coverage for up to 6 years or 1 60 000 km by purchasing extended warranty for your car.
How many extended warranty plans does Maruti Suzuki offer?
You can choose from 3 extended warranty plans for your car. The Solitaire offers coverage up to 6 years or 1 60 000 km*; Royal Platinum offers coverage up to 5 years of 1 40 000 km*; and the Platinum extends the coverage up to 4 years or 1 20 000 km*.

How much will the extended warranty for my car cost me?
The cost of extended warranty varies with every model variant and depends on the current running of the vehicle. You can get an estimated cost for extended warranty on the Maruti Suzuki Service web page.
Are any high value parts covered under the warranty?
Yes. The warranty offers coverage for your car’s high value parts, including the high-pressure pump, compressor, ECM, turbocharger assembly, steering assembly, self assembly, strut, and the engine.
For warranty repairs, can I only visit the dealership from where I purchased the car?
No, as long as you visit an authorized Maruti Suzuki Service centre, you can claim warranty repairs at any dealership, in any location across India.
Will my car’s primary warranty, extended warranty, CCP, or MCP expire when I sell my car?
No, all the products by Maruti Suzuki Service can be transferred to the next legitimate owner of the vehicle.
