Making a bid

Nacua will receive an average salary of $1,021,244 on his contract. He will also receive a $244,976 signing bonus. The amount that he is guaranteed to receive on his contract is $244,976 which is also the amount guaranteed to him at the signing. Nacua received a base salary of $750,000 in 2023.

Each manager is given a budget to place offers on unclaimed players that are on waivers. The default budget is $100, but the commish of a Private League can adjust the budget as they see fit by clicking Free Agent Budget under the Manage Other Teams tab in their commissioner tools. FAB budget ranges from $1 - $999.

The FAAB amounts do not roll over automatically from season to season and it will never reset. The commish has to manually set that as needed. You can go to your league settings and tap on the commish tab and select the option for "Edit Waiver". You can adjust those at any time as needed.

When you want to add a player from the waiver wire, you submit a blind bid, stating how much of your budget you're willing to spend on that player. The team with the highest bid acquires the player and has the bid amount deducted from their budget.
